This small cemetery in the middle of Alexandria contains four rock-cut tombs dating to the Ptolemaic era (3rd and 2nd centuries BC). The decoration of these tombs is well-preserved, providing vivid examples of Hellenistic mortuary art in Egypt.

Daily, 9 AM – 5 PM

Egyptian: 1 LE
Foreign: 15 LE
50% reduction for bearers of International Student ID Card

Sharia al-Moaskar ar-Romani, Rushdy, Alexandria

DIRECTIONS:
BY BUS or TRAIN: Buses and trains run regularly from Cairo and surrounding major cities to Alexandria.

BY TRAM: From within Alexandria, tram #1 or #2 to Moustafa Kamal as-Sughayyer stop, then walk east a few blocks

BY TAXI: From within Alexandria, ask for “muqabir Moustafa Kamal”
